Please join us for a wonderful evening featuring Chefs Chris Hoffman and Diego Rodriguez from Clyde’s Fine Diner. These passionate chefs will be highlighting some of Iowa’s best pork producers, Ethan and Becca Book of Crooked Gap Farm in Knoxville, Iowa. We love everyone involved in this dinner and it should be a night to remember. Arrival is at 4:30pm followed by appetizers, a farm tour and dinner.
