Are you passionate about local food? Do you love working outside? We are looking for an individual to work on the farm for the 2024 season.

Responsibilities: Working in all aspects of the day to day operation of our farm. This includes farm maintenance, seeding, weeding, harvesting, CSA packing and delivery, farmers markets, and events.

Qualifications: We are seeking a positive, engaged, self-motivated team player with a passion for local food, the environment, and agriculture. Previous farming experience is desired but not necessary. Ability to operate farm equipment is also a plus, but not required. We are willing to train anyone willing to learn. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem solving capabilities and an interest in sustainable, regenerative agriculture.

The position: is based at our farm in Earlham, Iowa. During the growing season (mid-March -October) employees are expected to work 40-50 hours a week in all weather conditions; hours and days may vary.
