We are thrilled to announce Chef Brett McClavy of the Cheese Bar of Des Moines and CJ Beinert of the Cheese Shop of Des Moines are pairing up for our early June dinner. These fun-guys will be doing a mushroom focused dinner (see what I did there?). Guests will be encouraged to join Jordan on a guided mushroom hunt beforehand at Kuehn Conservation. Arrival for dinner starts at 4:30 followed by appetizers, a farm tour and dinner. All dinners are BYOB.
