Chef Katie Porter is one of our favorite chefs to work with. After spending many years as the head Chef at the Wallace Center of Iowa, we feel like no one captures local food like Chef Katie. Her approach on food is simple, flavorful and beautiful! At this dinner we are highlighting farmers Knute and Amanda Severson of Grandview Beef! The Seversons raise Herefords 100% on grass their entire life. We have personally enjoyed their beef and cant wait to welcome them to our farm. If you like peak summer flavors and beef, you wont want to miss this meal!
